Student Registration for the 2012 - 2013 School Year

Returning Students:
Each year, all returning students must re-enroll with the Alamosa Public Schools. This allows the District to verify key data for each child and ensure all emergency contact information is accurately reflected in the District's data system.
Registration forms will be mailed to parents on or about July 15, 2012. These forms will be pre-printed with the student data we currently have in our system. Parents will only need to fill in new information or make corrections. We recommend that you wait to receive your pre-printed registration forms. But if needed, you may download blank forms from the Forms & Policies link on the left.
New Students must have:
- Parent or Guardian must accompany the student and have a photo ID
- A birth certificate or other proof of legal age and legal name
- Up-to-Date Immunization Records
- Proof of Residency (utility bill; lease/purchase agreement)
- Records from previously attended school
- Completed Registration Forms--blank forms can be found at the Forms & Policies link on the left
Age Requirements:
- Kindergarten - Age 5 by June 1st, 2012
- First Grade - Age 6 by June 1st, 2012
